Markland Wood Group was founded in 2015 by Ryan Ricci, a passionate individual who started the business as a side gig to make ends meet. From the very beginning, Ryan’s drive was to provide exceptional service and real value to others. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and natural perfectionism, Ryan quickly found his calling in enhancing the curb appeal of people’s properties during the warmer months and ensuring they stayed safe and accessible throughout the harsh winter conditions.

As the eldest of four brothers, Ryan has always been a natural leader, preferring to drive progress rather than follow instructions. Recognizing the growing momentum of his business and eager to turn his dream into a reality, Ryan’s wife Lisa made the bold decision to leave her job and join him in the business. Together, they’ve built Markland Wood Group into a trusted name. While Ryan has transitioned into a more strategic role, focusing on growing the business, Lisa has taken the lead on client relationships, ensuring every customer receives a personal, hands-on experience.

What began as a small venture, driven by Ryan’s passion for excellence, has now blossomed into a thriving family business.
