Regardless of how many times it snows and/or icy conditions are present or predicted, we will respond each and every time dispatch thresholds are met.

100% eco-friendly ice melts will be automatically applied to surfaces if ice is present or if icy conditions are predicted within the short range or immediate forecast. 

  Notifications will be sent in real-time and are specific to your property with ETA's upon each dispatch, and once services have been rendered.

Our rates are flat, regardless of how many times we dispatch. In addition, we never request up-front payments. 

 Limiting our capacity to only 8 or less properties per vehicle dramatically reduces response delays, while maximizing service and precision in workmanship. 

 Calls are answered by a live person who is

trained to assist and provide real answers. No

switchboard or re-directed calls.

Low snowfall service triggers to

ensure safety and mitigate risk. 

 We carry full premium liability coverage and

insured under WSIB as an approved provider.
